It more so looks like you don’t take this makeup stuff so seriously. Have fun with Urban Decay’s Heavy Metal Glitter Liners. I got spandex, a colorful glitter with a dark grey base. I draw on the liquid over my black or blue liner, since its not very dark alone. I am definitely going to try some more colors, to make some more fun, colorful looks happen.
