You get 3 mini glosses in three shades, Whisper, Air Kiss, and KissyFit, all on a chain with a BCA pink ribbon charm and a C from Clinique charm, all with a hook to easily attach to your purse, keys, etc.

The glosses are just the right amount of sticky, with a little or a little more color depending on the shade you choose. For $18.50, you get to donate $10 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation… not too shabby.
