Rimmel Stir It Up Cream Eyeshadow

stir it up eyeshadow rimmelI love breaking rules, especially my own. When it comes to beauty, I am always pushing outside my comfort zone and doing things I tell myself I shouldn’t. That is what I did with these shadows, and the results was awesome. The Stir It up Cream Eyeshadows from Rimmel remind me of MAC’s mineralized shadows, since they mix multiple shades together in an abstract way. You never know exactly the shade you are going to get when you apply. Scary, but oh so fun! Instead of using WHATEVER (pictured at left) as a contour color since it is bright and intense, I used it all over my lid! Crazy fun ensued… well in my head at least. The result was this fun bronze-red-gold eye that popped! These shadows are more like intense powders instead of creams as the name suggests. They have a ton of pigment, so be careful… or go crazy as I did. I also got to try WASSUP, which has more pink and white in it, slightly less dark but equally as fun. These drugstore shadows cost around $8 and give you a ton of color… what more do you need! I definitely want to try AS IF and OUT OF THE BLUE for some crazy blue action.

Shadow Lovely!
