L’Oreal HIP High Intensity Pigments Kohl Eyeliner
While I love new ways of putting on eyeliner, I’m not sure L’Oreal did such a great job on this one. Their latest edition to the HIP High Intensity Pigment Collection leave much to be desired. I like the concept of loose kohl eyeliner, but this one is way too messy. The wand is a bit on the rough side and I ended up getting powder all over.
